Food is good and so is the service but I miss the manager that was at the location for the last few years.

Phars Village Parking is IN-SANE! So, drop your party off then try n park. That way your food might be ready when you walk in. This is the same for ANY dining in this strip. You know it's gonna be good when you walk in & see what you're smelling. The cooking smoke environment. They've got sandwich sizes that fit anyone's appetite. Get a combo to include your favorite chips & wash it down with your preferred fountain drink, from the universal selector machine. Don't forget to tip, at purchase, for the good, friendly service.

All of the employees greeted me when I walked in. The employee who took my order was nice & honest about the questions I asked about her opinion on so that was great! Food was came out quick, was fresh, & tasted really good!

We are visiting Snellville due to evacuation from Hurricane Dorian. My husband wanted something quick and easy so Firehouse it was! First of all the restaurant was immaculate from floor to prep area and the restroom. I could not compliment the young man managing the shift enough. The young ladies preparing the food and taking orders were neat, nice made sure they washed their hands. In this new world of not caring, cudos to the owner of this franchise store.

Let's face it. Firehouse subs are GOOD. A bit pricey but good. So there's really no point in reviewing the sub of how good it tastes because if you had a firehouse sub, you know how good it is. So I will be rating the location, cleanliness of the store, staff, and speed/accuracy of the staff. The location is next to a bunch of other eateries such as First Watch and Panda Express, so the plaza it's in is hustling and bustling. The parking, however, is limited so you may need to park a bit far away from Firehouse, so beware especially during lunch time. The store is very clean and very nice to eat in at. The staff also greeted me as I walked through the door with the trademark "welcome to Firehouse." Lacked the enthusiasm of other places that I have been to, but the staff was engaging and overall very friendly. Down to the most important aspect, the food was made in 8 minutes, which was pretty good considering they were a bit busy. The subs were nice and hot and good! This location did not disappoint!

This is my favorite sub joint! I've been going here for years. The quality of the food will make you not ever eat at a subway again. The Italian and the Hook and ladder are my favorite!
